International Bureau for Scientific Advancement and Universal Development (IBSAUD)  is an un-registered Youth-led  global initiative empowering students, researchers, and innovators in developing countries to access opportunities in STEM research. Through mentorship, open-access resources, and collaborative programs, we’re building the next generation of scientists who will drive universal development.

We are a Global Initiative focused on global STEM access and equity. Founded by young Student with a vision of making research participation & Innovation borderless.

IBSAUD Fellows are student or early-career contributors who join IBSAUD to learn, collaborate, and lead impact-driven scientific work. They bridge research learning and real-world application—participating in projects that combine STEM education, innovation, and community development.

IBSAUD Support members ensure that all programs, mentors, and fellows function smoothly. They handle the technical, administrative, and coordination backbone of IBSAUD — keeping the ecosystem organized, documented, and operational across its digital-first structure.

IBSAUD Mentors are volunteer experts — researchers, professors, and professionals — who guide students and fellows through research learning, innovation, and scientific development. They form the core intellectual foundation of IBSAUD College and other educational programs.
